Senior Program Manager
Enterprise Engineering Inc. (EEI) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to manage deliverables within a program. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables across multiple Agile teams, ensuring compliance and execution that meets client expectations.

Responsibilities
Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery –e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc
Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams
Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined deliverables
Ensuring compliance to standards and providing end-to- end visibility into the health of the project, program and associated deliverables
This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery
Provide guidance about how to create and manage an intake process, healthy backlog, and how to facilitate valuable Agile ceremonies
Help teams to optimize implementation of Enterprise Agile standards and practices, and coach team members through change
Help to identify and resolve organizational impediments that impact team maturity and performance
Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders, including external teams, business partners, and other Agile Release Trains/programs
Influence and guide business and technology leaders on changes that enable Agility
Governance & Stakeholder Management - Contributes to artifacts needed for governance forums. Understands stakeholder expectations and creates regular updates to keep stakeholders informed
Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined deliverables
Supports resource planning
Qualification
Required
Strong financial industry background (preferably investment banking)
Experience working as a consultant at KPMG, Cap Gemini, IBM, or Deloitte
Strong Program Management with Agile experience
Managing deliverables within a program
Understanding the entire Agile Solution process
Ability to learn, implement, and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices
Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables
Ensuring compliance to standards and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the project, program, and associated deliverables
Execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
