Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end functional testing for Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations
Validate business workflows, custom objects, Apex triggers, workflows, flows, and Lightning components
Prepare test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and traceability matrices based on business and technical requirements
Conduct System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support
Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for Salesforce applications
Implement and enhance automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber
Automate regression suites and ensure coverage for critical Salesforce functionalities
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Test Salesforce configurations including profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, workflows, flows, and approvals
Validate Lightning Experience (LWC/Aura) and Classic UI components
Perform testing on Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external systems

Required

Strong automation experience
Hands-on experience in Salesforce functional testing
Experience with automation frameworks
Experience in integration testing
Familiarity with Agile delivery models
Ability to collaborate closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders
