Lead technical decision-making and guide the direction of ML engineering and infrastructure
Mentor and grow a team of machine learning engineers
Improve efficiency and reliability of ML/infra interfaces to support cutting-edge science
Build and maintain external partnerships with cloud and tech vendors
Collaborate across R&D to embed ML capabilities into scientific workflows

Required

Experience as a Tech Lead or Staff-level ML Engineer

Proven ability to manage stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and own vendor relationships
