Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Fusion OTL implementations from requirements through go-live and support
Own functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Act as the primary OTL subject matter expert for clients and internal teams
Work closely with HCM, Payroll, and Absence modules for integrations and dependencies
Guide offshore/onshore teams and review deliverables for quality and accuracy
Handle client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution walkthroughs
Support data conversion, reports, fast formulas, and integrations as needed
Ensure adherence to best practices and Oracle standards
Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall IT/Oracle experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion OTL
Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM projects
Solid understanding of Time & Labor rules, approvals, schedules, and payroll impacts
Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and reporting
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience working in a lead or architect capacity
US Citizen or Green Card only
Preferred
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications
Experience with large enterprise or global implementations
