Marketing Manager
Jax Kar Wash is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across multiple locations. The role involves managing projects, executing grand openings, and ensuring brand consistency while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Responsibilities
Build, QA, schedule, and report on all email and SMS campaigns, including winback, upgrades, re-engagement, grand openings, and seasonal promotions
Own segmentation, promo codes, landing page coordination, and campaign tracking
Maintain a weekly campaign calendar and performance tracker
Lead signage refreshes by location, including audits, measurements, creative requests, print coordination, install scheduling, and photo proof
Coordinate XPT and other onsite screen creative updates tied to promotions and product changes
Maintain and enforce signage standards to ensure brand consistency across locations
Own execution of the grand opening playbook from pre-launch through post-opening
Coordinate onsite vendors, giveaways, staffing prompts, signage, and local content capture
Track and report on grand opening performance, including leads, free wash redemptions, Unlimited Club conversions, and cost per result
Own creative quality control across campaigns and locations to ensure all materials are on brand and accurate
Create clear creative briefs for ads, email, SMS, signage, menus, and onsite screens
Review and approve final creative prior to launch or print, catching errors early (offers, locations, pricing, specs)
Partner with internal teams and vendors to provide clear, practical design direction and feedback
Maintain and enforce brand and signage guidelines across all locations
Manage the asset pipeline end-to-end for paid ads, email, SMS, social, menus, print, and signage
Maintain a clean, organized asset library by campaign, location, and asset type
Manage and support two direct reports (Website and Social/Content)
Set weekly priorities, remove blockers, enforce timelines, and quality-check output
Coordinate and manage external vendors and contractors, including creative, signage, and print partners
Provide weekly updates to the CMO covering shipped work, results, blockers, and upcoming priorities
Track and report KPIs for campaigns, promotions, and grand openings
Escalate risks early and propose solutions
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or multi-location retail marketing
Hands-on experience executing email and SMS campaigns, including QA and reporting
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, vendors, and dependencies
Experience managing people and holding teams accountable to deadlines
Comfortable working in person and collaborating cross-functionally with operations, sales, and location teams
Preferred
Experience in retail, automotive, or subscription/membership-based businesses
Familiarity with WordPress-level website coordination and GA4 basics
Experience with signage, print production, and onsite rollouts
Experience supporting grand openings or local events
Ability to design in Figma or Adobe tools (not required)
Strong creative eye with the ability to give clear graphic design direction and feedback
