Responsibilities
Lead and manage IP damages, valuation, and dispute engagements from inception through completion
Oversee case strategy, analysis, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality at every stage
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and maintaining strong relationships
Collaborate closely with the Managing Director based in San Diego
Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in IP damages, valuation, and disputes within a consulting or litigation support environment
Proven ability to manage complex cases and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
Strong client-facing skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships at senior levels
Preferred
Advanced degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are advantageous
