Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely month-end reports detailing client, office, and practice group performance
Draft written analysis to provide meaningful context and insights alongside financial reporting
Assist in the development of presentations for the Executive Committee, practice groups, and client teams
Analyze matter budgets, unbilled time, and profitability in support of client billing processes
Develop pricing models and strategic financial scenarios for new and existing client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Diversity) to support client proposals, pitches, and strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of related experience
Bachelor's degree required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; intermediate PowerPoint skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly
