Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a positive and productive relationship
Manage bid processes, including crafting and delivering competitive proposals
Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that align with our field service offerings
Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and service quality metrics
Provide expertise in field service domain experience to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding customer engagement

Required

Proficient in field service domain expertise and able to quickly adapt to new technologies and solutions
