Lead architecture and development of Agentic AI platforms and intelligent agents
Define technical strategy, standards, and best practices for scalable AI solutions
Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready systems
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence
Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, security, and performance standards
Drive integration of AI agents into enterprise workflows and customer-facing applications
Qualification
Required
8–15 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML
Strong background in Python, .NET, or Java, with expertise in AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Experience building autonomous agents, LLM-based systems, or multi-agent architectures
Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven leadership in technical teams and large-scale AI projects
