Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles across Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
Develop and manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview processes
Coordinate and conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations
Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to department leaders and executives
Provide guidance on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability
Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through offer
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
Leverage passive candidate outreach to support future hiring needs
Help design and refine recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices
Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and candidate quality
Assist in building scalable hiring infrastructure as the company grows
Represent the organization professionally and consistently in the market
Ensure timely communication, feedback, and follow-up with candidates
Support employer branding initiatives as needed

Required

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate, in-house, or professional services environments
Experience hiring for Accounting, Finance, IT, and/or Operations roles
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Preferred

Experience working in a growing or scaling organization strongly preferred
