Manager Advertising & Partnerships
Oceania Cruises is seeking a Manager of Advertising & Partnerships to support the strategic planning and execution of marketing programs. This role involves managing campaign implementation across traditional media channels and coordinating partnership marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and demand generation.

Responsibilities
Responsible for translating big picture business challenges into paid media solutions measured by a variety of KPIs including revenue, conversions, leads, and traffic
Partners with the Senior Director to plan and execute advertising campaigns across traditional media channels including TV, print, audio, and out-of-home
Collaborates with agency partners to manage media planning, buying, trafficking, and reporting for traditional advertising campaigns, particularly linear TV, magazine, and newspaper
Oversees partnership marketing programs, including media collaborations, content integrations, and co-branded promotions that align with Oceania Cruise’s target audience
Works closely with media agencies and department management in developing budgets, audience strategy, and tactics across media touchpoints
Develops and directs media testing roadmaps across media channels, with pointed focus on campaign effectiveness, measurement, and increasing revenue
Analyzes campaign performance metrics, summarizing insights and optimization recommendations
Assists with budget management, including review of authorizations, invoices, and reconciliations to ensure fiscal discipline
Develops presentations and status reports to communicate campaign progress and results to internal stakeholders
Maintains a strong understanding of the evolving media landscape and partnership opportunities, providing recommendations for testing and innovation
Partners cross-functionally with Brand/Product Strategy, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Print Production teams to ensure alignment on timing, messaging, and execution
Manages agency relationships and vendor partners supporting advertising and partnership programs
Manages and grow the Senior Specialist in support of paid media and partnerships innovation, process improvements, and development of SOPs
Perform other job-related functions as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional media planning, advertising, or partnership marketing within a corporate marketing department or agency
Experience with TV, print, audio, and out-of-home media required; digital media experience a plus
Experience across media types (including digital)
Ability to challenge the status quo on traditional advertising channels, notably print and TV
Robust knowledge of TV, video, and audio landscapes, with a deep understanding of the broader media ecosystem and its impact on day-to-day performance
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
Strong research and analysis capabilities, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
Meticulously organized and process-oriented, with demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining project timelines
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines with precision
Proficient in using media tools and platforms such as VideoAmp, Nielsen ONE/NPOWER, Starch / MRI Simmons, System1, Snowflake / Clean Rooms, Invoca, etc. to drive performance and insights
Experience with budget tracking, invoicing, and vendor management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate insights into clear recommendations
Collaborative and proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills
Curiosity and enthusiasm for staying current with evolving media and partnership trends in the luxury travel category
