Required

Candidate MUST be ok with training and working in Eastern Time zone regardless of where they live
Candidate must be a strong Seeker and comfortable with significant Outbound calls
Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers
Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives
Outbound Business Development Role
Responsible for having a introductory and discovery call with potential customer
BDR's qualify and send the lead to a Account Executive to close the business
Training - 2 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting – 8am-6pm ET schedule
Work schedule - ~8am-5pm PT (40 hour work week between 8am-6pm)
Training schedule: 2 weeks training + 2 weeks ramp - 8am-6pm ET
KPI: Booking 3 meeting a day; 15 per week
95% attendance required
Should NOT have any schedule time off in the first 60-90 days
Production Schedule – 8am to 6pm ET (8 hours shift between 8am to 5:30pm ET)

Preferred

Fintech Experience – Ideal / Nice to have
Tech Savvy
Able to use a CRM system proficiently (Salesforce Ideal)
