Responsibilities

Managing and enforcing workspace governance (naming conventions, standards, lifecycle policies). Oversee dataset configuration, refresh schedules, and report lifecycle management. Implement and maintain security and compliance policies, including row-level security (RLS), object-level security (OLS), and data loss prevention (DLP). Monitor and optimize Premium capacity performance, including autoscale and cost optimization strategies

Utilizing usage metrics, audit logs, and performance data to identify optimization opportunities. Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for capacity health, gateway performance, and dataset refresh success

Providing guidance on data modeling best practices, DAX optimization, and query performance tuning

Supporting Power BI Embedded scenarios and assist with integration requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to governance standards and resolve technical issues. Maintain documentation for governance policies, security standards, and operational procedures

advanced technical skills in DAX, SQL, PowerShell, and Azure

proven experience in automation, monitoring, and optimization at scale

ability to work with usage metrics, audit logs, and capacity monitoring tools

experience with Power BI Embedded, Microsoft Fabric roadmap planning, and agile delivery
