Responsibilities
Monitor and optimize Treasury Management System (Wall Street Suite – WSS)
Support financial and commercial transaction processing across North American affiliates
Perform data analysis using Excel and SQL
Assist Treasury Systems Manager with system accuracy, efficiency, and enhancements
Troubleshoot issues, support process improvements, and help with system upgrades
Work with treasury, accounting, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
1–3 years' experience in treasury systems, accounting systems, or financial operations
Strong Excel and SQL skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to learn new systems quickly; familiarity with accounting principles
Preferred
Experience with WSS and/or SAP
Advanced degree or financial certifications
Experience in treasury/accounting system projects
Skills in treasury management systems or financial data analytics
Process improvement experience
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
