Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Immich Finance BPO’s global operations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, service-level commitments, and regulatory requirements
Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that enhance efficiency, consistency, and reliability across all service lines
Integrate automation, workflow technology, and data analytics to optimize operational performance and transparency
Oversee day-to-day operational execution across finance operations, compliance support, technology platforms, and client delivery teams
Partner with executive leadership to execute Immich Finance BPO’s long-term growth and market expansion strategy
Translate corporate strategy into actionable operating models, governance structures, and measurable KPIs
Lead transformation initiatives focused on scalability, cost efficiency, service quality, and innovation
Anticipate regulatory, market, and technology trends impacting financial outsourcing and fintech-enabled operations
Oversee operational readiness for Immich Finance BPO’s expansion across the Americas and other strategic regions
Develop scalable service delivery and client onboarding frameworks to support institutional clients and cross-border operations
Ensure seamless integration between client systems and Immich Finance BPO’s technology-enabled service platforms
Maintain consistent global standards for service quality, compliance, and operational governance
Establish and maintain robust governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks across all operational activities
Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security teams to ensure adherence to financial, data protection, and outsourcing regulations
Implement risk mitigation, internal controls, and business continuity plans to protect clients and operations
Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and operational integrity across the organization
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global operations leadership team
Foster cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to align execution with strategic goals
Develop leadership pipelines, succession planning, and talent development programs
Champion Immich Finance BPO’s values of professionalism, trust, innovation, and operational excellence
Oversee operational budgeting, resource planning, and cost management
Establish performance dashboards linking operational metrics to client outcomes and business objectives
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality
Deliver measurable improvements in operational speed, accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
18–20+ years of progressive experience in operations, executive management, or strategic leadership within financial services, fintech, or financial BPO environments
Proven track record of scaling global operations and leading complex operational transformations
Strong understanding of financial operations, regulatory compliance, outsourcing models, and technology-enabled service delivery
Expertise in operational strategy, governance, risk management, and process optimization
Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or Engineering required
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
