Tech Support Analyst
TEK Connexion is seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician to provide hands-on and remote desktop support for end users. This role is responsible for identifying, researching, and resolving a wide range of technical issues to ensure uninterrupted computer and system support at the site.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote desktop support for local and remote end users
Respond to escalated incidents, phone calls, emails, and chat-based support requests
Monitor systems and respond as needed to support a 24x7 (365) operational facility
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Support and maintain computer peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and telephones
Perform PC imaging and deployment (Windows 10 experience required)
Assist with setup, testing, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment
Support installation of hardware and software and respond to routine user inquiries
Participate in various IT-related projects and operational tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Windows 10 PC imaging
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting hardware, peripherals, and end-user devices
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
