Account Manager

CSAT Solutions LP is seeking an Account Manager to work with clients to identify their needs and promote company products and services. The role involves managing and growing existing accounts, building client relationships, and providing customer support to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manages and grows existing accounts through daily telephone cold calling & following up on prior calls
Sells additional services to clients
Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients
Contacts clients by phone to help them better understand company products and services, as well as occasional visits as needed
Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed
Handles queries about company products and services
Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products
Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
Plans for and attends trade shows to establish new business
Educates customers on company products and services
Provides proactive assistance and supports to customers
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service
Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customers to other staff members

Required

3 years or more of experience in sales
Ability to take initiative and problem solve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with excellent phone presence
Ability to actively engage in conversations with clients
Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner
Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs
Attention to detail
Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
Strong and proven ability to close the sale
