Responsibilities
Partner with logistics and business teams to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements
Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions, including standard configuration and custom enhancements
Collaborate with SAP developers to deliver reports, interfaces, workflows, forms, and system enhancements
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation to ensure solutions align with business processes
Actively participate in end-to-end testing cycles and go-live activities
Provide functional support for logistics applications across SAP and non-SAP systems
Lead and oversee Level-2 support activities, ensuring timely incident resolution and continuous system improvements
Contribute to the planning and rollout of new warehouse implementations and upgrades
Take ownership of initiatives and lead them end to end with minimal supervision
Stay current with SAP EWM best practices, features, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management in a functional or techno-functional role
Strong expertise in SAP EWM within an S/4HANA environment
Proven ability to independently design, configure, enhance, test, and deploy SAP EWM solutions
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into scalable solutions
Solid knowledge of SAP EWM configuration and custom development concepts
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site implementations and team collaboration
Preferred
Experience with XPS/STM Cross-Carrier Packing and Shipping functionality
Background in Medical Devices or regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development
