Responsibilities
Hunt & Close New Enterprise-Level Business
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
Source, identify, and engage new enterprise prospects through field sales, networking, outreach, & industry events
Build a robust, self-generated pipeline—no hand-holding, no waiting
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, discovery workshops, solution demos, and executive briefings
Navigate large, complex organizations to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers
Craft and deliver compelling value propositions and ROI-driven narratives
Operate Like a Strategic Partner
Develop strategy and execute against aggressive growth targets
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with C-suite leaders and senior executives
Position the company as a strategic partner—not a commodity vendor
Win Relentlessly
Exceed quota consistently
Use your experience, intuition, and selling acumen to outmaneuver competitors
Represent the brand at industry conferences, customer meetings, and in-market engagements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent work experience
5+ years of similar experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, sales, or operations (B2B experience preferred)
Experience juggling multiple responsibilities across different business functions (e.g., admin, sales, client service)
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and sales goals
Preferred
Experience in a growth-stage company environment
Success in enterprise or high-value B2B environments
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, or trade shows as needed (approx. 10–25%)
