Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to GCC operating model and governance frameworks
Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for supplier transition projects
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress - Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (IT, Procurement, HR, Finance) and external suppliers
Maintain transition documentation including RACI matrices, SOPs, and knowledge transfer plans
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Project Management experience with previous experience assisting in the set up, and management of, Global Capability Center (GCC)
Familiarity with ITSM tools, contract management systems, and GCC operating models
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
At least 3 years in supplier transition or outsourcing projects
