195 - Advanced Assembly 2nd Shift (Onsite)
RTX is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry. They are seeking an individual to assemble electrical/mechanical assemblies and circuit boards, perform data analysis, maintain records, and handle chemical recycling functions, primarily working on the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities
Assemble all types of electrical/mechanical assemblies and circuit boards in the construction of units/systems
Perform a variety of tasks in the movement, stocking and issuing of orders, parts and assemblies
Perform routine data analysis and identify readily evident and/or recurring problems such as defective components, siring errors, alignment, etc
Maintain records and complete necessary paperwork
Perform chemical handling and recycling functions
Works from written procedures and/or oral instructions. Work is usually repetitive and is performed under general supervision
Perform other duties as may be required
This is a 2nd Shift position, based on business needs. Must be willing and able to work 2nd shift
Training is on 1st shift. Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2 - 4 weeks
May be required to lift/move heavy parts and/or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
Qualification
Required
Typically requires HS Diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, typically 2 years of relevant experience is required
Must pass new hire and process training
Must be able to work 2nd shift
Must be able to train on 1st shift for 2 - 4 weeks
Preferred
Assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred
Soldering experience preferred
Must be open to work overtime and weekends as needed
