Responsibilities
Escort uncleared personnel (contractors, vendors, and visitors) in restricted and high-security locations on base, maintaining visual contact at all times
This role will be for multiple construction projects on base
Verify identification, monitor access badges, and enforce facility rules and security requirements
Provide security and safety briefings to escorted personnel, ensuring understanding of applicable procedures
Maintain detailed logs and submit incident or compliance reports as required
Immediately report and respond to unauthorized activity, policy violations, or security concerns
Uphold the highest level of professional conduct while representing the security team
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret clearance (minimum)
Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or federal contracting environments
Strong observational and communication skills with a professional, composed demeanor
Ability to deliver clear briefings and write concise reports
Physically capable of standing, walking, and monitoring personnel for extended periods
Willingness to work varied schedules and shifts as mission requirements dictate
No federal or state felony convictions (including general court-martial)
No pending felony charges
No misdemeanor convictions of domestic violence
No outstanding warrants
No probation, parole, or pre-trial release restrictions limiting freedom of movement
