Responsibilities
Use your creativity and diverse range of engineering training to explore solutions to a variety of building mechanical system problems
Participate in the production, design, and construction phases of the project on a diverse range of building types
Work cross-functionally with other disciplines and multiple project teams
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' experience designing and developing projects from concept to completion
Mechanical design engineer with experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design for commercial construction including preparing construction documents, engineering reports, and conducting field investigations
Experience in designing projects over $5 million construction cost
Must be able to prepare deliverables including calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications
Detailed knowledge of general building construction and mechanical systems is essential
Excellent analytical and technical skills needed
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills required
Revit (required)
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (required)
