Responsibilities

Drive integration of services focusing on customer journey and experience
Drive adoption of technology standards and opinionated frameworks, and review coding, test, and automation work of team members
Perform regular demos and acceptance discussions in interacting with product owners
Share and seek knowledge within the Software Engineering Guild & Builders Enablement Program to drive reuse and productivity
Participate in team prioritization discussions with Product and Business stakeholders
Estimate and own delivery tasks (design, dev, test, deployment, configuration, documentation) to meet the business requirements
Adhere to Mastercard’s Engineering Principles, Builders’ Enablement development standards, and Corporate Security guidelines
Support the design, creation, and adoption of technology solutions in support of the Builders Enablement Program
Facilitate the delivery of an efficient and secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) from the initial ideation to production deployment
Actively participate as a member of the Software Engineering Guild sharing knowledge, best practices, and ideas

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering, Applied Computer Science or related

eight (8) years with Bitbucket or GitHub
eight (8) years with Sonar
