Strong experience with Manhattan Associates WMS (WMOS)
Mandatory hands-on expertise in Inbound (Receiving, Putaway) and Outbound (Picking, Packing, Shipping) processes
Proven experience in supporting production issues and 24x7 warehouse operations
Ability to troubleshoot, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) , and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Vendors)
Excellent communication skills
