Integrated Designer

The Integrated Designer will support a global financial and investment services account, creating compelling financial communications across diverse markets and translating complex investment themes into engaging narratives.

Responsibilities
Design multi-channel campaigns across Meta ads, LinkedIn content, email templates, and print materials that drive direct response results
Create compelling visual narratives and storytelling that elevate financial marketing and break away from generic category norms
Design and adapt email templates, blending brand consistency with fresh, innovative creative approaches
Execute print layout work in InDesign, expertly placing copy, charts, and imagery to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts
Collaborate closely with global teams to evolve design guidelines while maintaining brand integrity across diverse markets
Transform dense financial data and insights into clear, engaging visual communications
Partner with strategists and account teams as a creative thought leader, not just a production resource to influence campaign thinking
Stay ahead of platform updates, design and industry trends to keep creative output fresh, relevant, and high performing
Qualification
Required
A portfolio showcasing multi-channel design excellence, with strong storytelling and conceptual thinking that goes beyond template driven work
Expertise in Figma for digital ad creation, plus proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for full funnel campaign execution
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries and providing thoughtful, constructive feedback on existing standards
Experience designing for global audiences and adapting creative work across diverse markets and cultural contexts
A talent for transforming complex financial concepts into accessible, visually compelling narratives
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders while contributing to a unified creative vision
A sharp eye for emerging design trends and evolving platform innovations, particularly within social media and email marketing
Understanding of direct response design principles and how creative decisions impact campaign performance
Exposure to UI/UX principles and web landing page design
Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning
