MOHR Talent is a growing healthcare services organization seeking a Director of Billing & Revenue Cycle to lead, stabilize, and optimize end-to-end billing and revenue cycle operations. This hands-on leadership role involves improving cash flow, strengthening self-pay collections, and building accountability across billing teams.

Responsibilities

Own and oversee day-to-day billing, collections, and revenue cycle operations

Improve billing accuracy, collections performance, and overall cash flow

Reduce aged accounts receivable and payer denials

Lead self-pay billing strategies, including payment plans and patient financial workflows

Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive performance and accountability

Manage and develop U.S.-based billing leaders and an offshore billing team

Partner with clinical, intake, and finance teams to improve documentation and workflows

Oversee claims submission, denial management, payment posting, and reconciliation

Ensure billing operations comply with payer requirements and regulatory standards

Serve as a key advisor to the CFO on revenue performance and operational improvements
