Responsibilities
Lead and manage a full caseload of employment-based and business immigration matters
Advise corporate clients, investors, and entrepreneurs on strategy, compliance, and visa options
Draft and file petitions with USCIS, DOL, and DOS; prepare clients for USCIS interviews
Work with firm leadership to expand the practice, develop procedures, and support business development
Mentor junior attorneys/paralegals and stay current on regulatory and policy updates
Participate in marketing, speaking engagements, and client relationship-building
Qualification
Required
J.D. and active license in any U.S. jurisdiction
7-10 years of employment-based immigration experience with a strong record in complex cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice growth
Preferred
Bilingual abilities (Spanish or other languages) a plus
