Responsibilities
Invoice customers accurately and timely
Manage Accounts Receivable and billing activities
Post and apply ACH, wire, and check payments
Prepare and send customer statements
Issue dunning letters for past-due balances
Conduct collection calls, with increased activity initially due to a NetSuite invoicing issue (volume expected to decrease as accounts are brought current)
Collaborate with team members and support cross-functional learning outside of Accounts Receivable
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn additional accounting functions beyond AR
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
