Responsibilities
Owning the firm’s financial strategy, forecasting, and long-term planning as we scale
Strengthening financial reporting, analytics, and portfolio oversight
Guiding capital markets strategy and optimizing capital structures
Working closely with our investment team on modeling, diligence, credit decisions, and deal execution
Assessing risk, portfolio performance, and growth opportunities across our lending strategy
Building a strong financial foundation, systems, processes, and controls that support growth without adding unnecessary layers
Leading accounting, budgeting, compliance, treasury, and overall financial operations
Developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team
Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, bringing insights that shape firm direction
Qualification
Required
Executive-level finance experience within private credit, direct lending, private equity, or a comparable financial environment
Strong exposure to credit, deals, underwriting, and portfolio management
A builder's mindset, resourceful, hands-on, and energized by fast-paced environments
Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
The ability to operate without bureaucracy and help create structure that supports growth
Strong finance-based analytical skills
7 - 10 years' of finance experience
Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred but not required
