Responsibilities
Gather, clean, and organize operational and system data
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets
Analyze datasets to identify automation opportunities and performance trends
Support forecasting and operational insights
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Track automation and performance metrics
Work with business, IT, and automation teams to deliver actionable insights
Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI platforms for analysis and reporting
Support data governance and best practices for long-term data integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
Basic understanding of AI or automation concepts is a plus
