HRize LLC is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engagement Manager / Senior Product Owner to lead enterprise and mid-level Salesforce initiatives primarily within the Healthcare domain. The role involves managing projects end-to-end, partnering with stakeholders, driving agile delivery, and ensuring Salesforce solutions enhance business workflows and user adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget

Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, providing regular executive-level status updates

Prepare and lead project kickoffs, stakeholder reviews, and solution demos

Manage resource planning, utilization, forecasting, and cross-team scheduling

Establish and maintain project delivery templates, documentation standards, and training materials

Act as the primary customer-facing contact, managing expectations and ensuring stakeholder alignment

Serve as Product Owner or proxy, owning the product backlog and roadmap

Lead all Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Write and review user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements

Partner closely with architects, developers, and admins to ensure solution designs meet business needs

Drive continuous improvement in agile processes, team velocity, and delivery consistency

Provide hands-on Salesforce expertise including configuration, testing, and solution validation

Design and support Salesforce security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, validation rules)

Build and maintain Salesforce Flows to support complex business workflows and automation

Support UAT cycles, defect triage, prioritization, and resolution across configuration and integration work

Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices across Salesforce implementations

Gather and refine requirements with business and executive stakeholders

Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions

Lead initiatives focused on end-user experience, adoption, and change management

Produce detailed documentation including meeting notes, follow-ups, and decision logs
