Responsibilities

Manage and grow high-value referral partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor

Generate qualified sales opportunities by aligning partner capabilities with DealMaker’s value proposition and customer needs

Develop joint business plans with partners, including co-marketing initiatives, event participation, and quarterly pipeline reviews

Track and report partner performance, identifying opportunities to optimize activation, conversion, and revenue contribution

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience

Contribute to the refinement of DealMaker’s partner strategy, bringing insights from the field to shape future programs and tiers

Required

5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, ideally within capital markets, private equity, venture capital, investment banking

Commercial acumen and sales fluency, with the ability to translate partner potential into quantifiable business outcomes

Operational discipline, balancing relationship work with data, process, and accountability
