Senior Leave of Absence Analyst - Benefits Analyst - No 3rd Parties
BravoTECH is seeking a Senior Leave of Absence Analyst responsible for the administration and coordination of all employee benefits. The role includes managing benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding their benefits inquiries.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administration of health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans
Oversee leave programs including FMLA, short-term disability (STD), and long-term disability (LTD)
Ensure timely and accurate processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations in HRIS and vendor systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries
Provide guidance on plan options, eligibility, and enrollment processes
Support employees during life events and open enrollment periods
Liaise with insurance carriers and third-party administrators to resolve issues
Monitor service levels and escalate concerns as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required
5+ years of experience in benefits administration
Strong knowledge of health and welfare plans
Experience with leave management programs
Must have Leave of Absence experience
Proficiency in Workday and Excel
Must have proven experience using Workday
Must have strong hands-on manual work experience with Excel
Preferred
Familiarity with benefits compliance audits and reporting
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist)
GBA (Group Benefits Associate)
CBP (Certified Benefits Professional)
