Responsibilities
Lead and support the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates. This involves preparing pitch books, financial models, and transaction documents
Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions
Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, working closely with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure thorough and efficient reviews
Maintain and develop client relationships, providing strategic advice and insights throughout the transaction process. Act as a key point of contact for clients
Perform industry and market research to identify trends, potential targets, and strategic opportunities within the industrial services sector
Work closely with senior bankers and other team members to ensure seamless execution of transactions and high-quality client service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A
Experience in the industrial services sector is highly desirable
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work long hours and under pressure to meet tight deadlines
