Mid LevelTekshapers is seeking a Client Partner to manage and grow Fintech client accounts. The role involves acting as a point of contact for client interactions, assisting with account planning, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Support the Senior Client Partner in managing and growing Fintech client accounts
Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client interactions
Assist with account planning, client reviews, and opportunity tracking
Coordinate with internal delivery, sales, and solution teams
Help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing and growing client accounts, preferably in the Fintech sector
Strong communication skills for day-to-day client interactions
Ability to assist with account planning and client reviews
Experience in coordinating with internal teams such as delivery, sales, and solutions
Skills in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Commitment to ensuring client satisfaction and timely issue resolution
