Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily business operations across core functions such as operations, finance, HR, technology, and compliance
Translate corporate strategy into executable operational plans and measurable outcomes
Drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and cost control initiatives
Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks
Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning and organizational development
Build, mentor, and manage senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and governance requirements
Support scaling initiatives, new market entry, and operational integration during growth or transformation phases

Required

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience working in high-growth, multinational, or regulated environments
Background in operations transformation, digitalization, or process reengineering
Experience partnering with boards, investors, or private equity stakeholders
