Join the General Liability Practice of Lewis Brisbois
Handle all phases of insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
Represent healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings
Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Defend and litigate professional liability lawsuits

Qualification

Required

Strong research and writing skills

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar

Preferred

Experience defending and litigating professional liability lawsuits
