Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication
Provide comprehensive support for client needs, including troubleshooting issues and offering product or service information
Proven experience in call center roles or customer support positions, preferably with outbound calling experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills necessary for data entry and documentation
Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution techniques
Will take back-to-back in bound calls dealing with unemployment experience
Qualification
