The role involves providing technical leadership in Bentley APM configuration, supporting platform upgrades, and delivering training to internal teams.

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and hands-on configuration in Bentley APM, including data models, rules/logic, workflows, health and risk frameworks, and dashboards/reporting as applicable
Design and implement new APM use cases aligned with electric operations asset and maintenance processes
Translate business and operational requirements into Bentley APM configurations and technical designs
Lead and support Bentley APM release upgrades, including impact assessments, configuration changes, regression testing, and cutover/go-live support
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend platform performance and stability improvements
Support ongoing environment readiness and system reliability
Create and maintain configuration documentation, runbooks, upgrade notes, and administrative SOPs
Develop and deliver structured training for administrators, analysts, support engineers, and power users
Conduct hands-on workshops focused on configuration, troubleshooting, upgrade readiness, and best practices
Develop reusable training materials including slide decks, exercises, checklists, and how-to guides
Coach internal teams during real-time project work to ensure effective and lasting knowledge transfer
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Bentley APM SME, with multiple implementations and/or significant production support experience
Strong technical expertise in Bentley APM configuration, troubleshooting, environment support, and release upgrades
Experience working in a utility environment, preferably supporting electric operations
Solid understanding of asset management and maintenance processes
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Exposure to SAP (work management concepts and integration touchpoints)
Experience with APM-related integrations and data flows, including APIs, ETL processes, data warehouses/lakes, and reporting tools
Prior consulting experience with workshop facilitation and end-user training
