Akkodis is seeking a Systems Analyst – SAP EAM (PM/SM & PS) for a client in Houston TX. The role focuses on evaluating, enhancing, and supporting enterprise asset management solutions, particularly through SAP EAM implementations and production support.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP EAM (PM/SM, PS) implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support

Analyze current business processes, perform fit/gap analysis, and design scalable SAP solutions

Translate business requirements into detailed functional and system design documents

Collaborate with SAP ABAP and functional teams (MM, FI, BW, CCS) to deliver integrated solutions

Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, vendors, and project management

Provide advisory support on emerging technologies and system enhancements

Support Agile delivery, user training, and ongoing production support

Mentor junior team members as a subject matter expert

Required

10+ years of experience in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM/SM) and PS

Hands-on experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations (minimum 2 greenfield/brownfield projects)

Strong functional configuration, solution design, and business process knowledge

S/4HANA EAM experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred

Experience with mergers and acquisitions system integration

Agile / Scrum delivery experience

Exposure to current SAP technology and implementation patterns
