Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews between vendors, candidates, and people leaders to keep hiring moving efficiently
Support the full contingent recruitment lifecycle and manage scheduling logistics
Act as the first point of contact for routine inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed
Maintain professional communication with vendors, leaders, and internal partners to ensure smooth operations
Prepare and distribute onboarding communications, including first-day instructions and logistics
Partner with IT to resolve access or credentialing issues quickly
Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on time
Monitor extension requests and follow up to confirm details
Process contract extensions and update documentation to maintain compliance
Track and report extension activity to support workforce governance standards
Follow up with leaders to resolve outstanding time approvals for contingent workers
Maintain awareness of compliance requirements and escalate potential issues
Assist with accurate recordkeeping for audits and compliance reviews
Generate routine reports and dashboards on contingent workforce activity
Support ad-hoc projects like vendor audits, scorecard updates, and workflow improvements
Keep program files, trackers, and templates organized and accessible

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume tasks accurately
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to identify risks and escalate appropriately

Preferred

1-2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or workforce management preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday or VMS is a plus
