Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships
Lead contract negotiations and supplier performance reviews
Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams
Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
Support supplier development, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement
Maintain sourcing documentation and compliance records
Qualification
Required
Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally
Self-driven with strong ownership and follow-through
Preferred
Background in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
Experience with ERP systems, machining, or metal fabrication is a plus — not required to apply
