Required

4+ years of strong engineering experience (L4+ senior level preferred)
Track record at high-bar companies — FAANG, well-known unicorns, or fast-moving startups backed by top VCs (e.g., a16z, Sequoia, Greylock)
Clear quantifiable impact in previous roles (e.g., 'Built X that increased Y by Z%')
React (non-negotiable) — experience building large, modern web apps
Depth in frontend, backend, or infrastructure
Familiarity with modern API tooling, TypeScript ecosystems, and scalable web architectures

Preferred

TypeScript & Node.js
Open-source contributions or external technical leadership
Strong product sense, developer empathy, and/or founder experience
