Video Marketing Strategist (Full-Time · In-Person)
Sweet Fish is a B2B video partner focused on driving business results through strategic video marketing. The Video Marketing Strategist will work closely with clients to audit their video ecosystems, analyze competitors, and create impactful video roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities
Audit a client’s existing video ecosystem (website, ads, social, YouTube, sales, events, internal enablement)
Analyze competitors’ video strategies and identify gaps and opportunities
Map video content to the full marketing and sales funnel (top, middle, bottom, ABM, employer brand)
Build clear, opinionated video roadmaps that prioritize impact over volume
Lead strategic conversations with clients about what to make, what to stop making, and what to double down on
Translate strategy into clear direction for production and post-production teams
Partner with editors, Production Coordinators, and clients to ensure the strategy actually gets implemented
Run quarterly business reviews that tie video efforts back to business outcomes

Qualification
Required
Experience in video marketing, content strategy, or demand gen roles
Agency experience working directly with B2B clients
Strategic roles in marketing teams where video played a meaningful role
Experience presenting ideas, audits, or recommendations to clients or stakeholders
