Archer Corporate Services (ACS) is a leading nationwide provider of marketing fulfillment services to Fortune 500 companies. We are seeking an experienced and analytical Finance Controller to oversee and manage accounting and finance functions for the organization, acting as the key financial advisor to the CEO and President while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and monitoring costs.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage accounting and finance functions for the organization
Analyze new business opportunities
Justify capital expenditures
Provide analysis of monthly operations
Produce monthly financial statements
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Monitor costs
Make cost control recommendations
Oversee Human Resources, including payroll, company benefits, and insurance

Qualification

CPAFinancial analysisMicrosoft DynamicsAdvanced MS ExcelManagerial accountingCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsOrganizational skillsAttention to detail

Required

Bachelor of Science in Accounting; CPA preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a managerial accounting position
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated experience building financial models and conducting financial analysis
Advanced MS Excel skills required
Strong problem-solving, math, and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to travel, as needed

Preferred

Proficient and knowledgeable with Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central packages
Knowledge and understanding of operations and pricing in a third-party distribution center and/or fulfillment operation
