Temporary Receptionist
LHH is partnering with a respected organization in Charlotte, NC to identify a Temporary Legal Receptionist / Assistant. This role involves serving as the first point of contact for the office while providing administrative and legal support to attorneys and executive staff.
Responsibilities
Greet clients, executives, and visitors with professionalism and discretion
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms
Assist with legal and administrative documents, filings, and correspondence
Handle confidential information with accuracy and discretion
Provide general administrative support to legal and executive staff
Maintain an organized and professional front office environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a legal receptionist, legal assistant, or administrative assistant
Prior experience in a corporate, executive, or professional services environment required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
