Responsibilities
Process, reconcile, and maintain various accounts and ledgers related to accounts payable, journal entries, vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and other accounting documents
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of all financial transactions
Investigate discrepancies, research variances, and implement appropriate corrections or adjustments
Post, verify, and validate financial data within accounting systems
Generate and prepare routine financial reports and analyses
Perform detailed manual matching and reconciliation of items, with a high volume processing expectation per standard shift
Complete assigned monthly reconciliations accurately within the designated closing timeframe
Proactively research, escalate, and resolve aged items to maintain a clean ledger
Qualification
Required

Excellent organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
High proficiency in computer navigation and various software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite (with manual Excel expertise)
Direct hands-on experience with enterprise reconciliation systems and dedicated reconciliation tools
