They are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Legal Assistant to support attorneys and paralegals with case preparation, client communication, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities
Communicate with clients in Spanish and English regarding documents, case updates, and next steps
Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, ensuring clear, timely communication
Calendar and track key case milestones, including interviews, biometrics appointments, and deadlines
Assist paralegals with preparing immigration forms and organizing supporting evidence
Review and organize client questionnaires and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Upload, label, and manage documents within the firm’s case management system
Ensure each case advances through the workflow efficiently and in an organized manner
Process and organize USCIS mail, notices, and correspondence
Qualification
Required
Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a professional, client-service mindset
Comfort with technology, digital files, and case management tools
Preferred
Experience with family-based immigration or any background working in an immigration law firm
Prior experience in a legal, administrative, or service-oriented environment
