Responsibilities
Interpreting design plans and specifications for construction teams
Identifying and resolving design discrepancies, interferences, or field challenges
Preparing and maintaining project documentation-status reports, submittals, sketches, punch lists, and more
Monitoring budgets, costs, and schedules to support project profitability
Assisting in the preparation of field design changes and "as-built" drawings
Supporting project safety programs and ensuring compliance with company standards
Providing mentorship or training to junior team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong technical and analytical abilities
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Business-minded approach with attention to detail and cost control
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Three (3) to five (5) years of previous construction, design, or project management experience in heavy civil or highway work preferred
